The President of the Republic of Niger, Mohammed Bazoum, welcomed the President of Ara Pacis, Maria Nicoletta Gaida, along with Lorenzo Jovanotti at his residence on the eve of his official trip to Italy. President Bazoum supports the Sahara Peace Hub project in Niger, with which Ara Pacis aims to create a multipurpose center that serves as a hub for peace and socio-economic development. This will be achieved through the provision of basic health, educational, and energy services, vocational training, support for income-generating projects, innovative agricultural practices, and socio-cultural programs. The President wanted to demonstrate his commitment and support for this initiative, which includes the involvement of Lorenzo Jovanotti in the creation of a “House for the Music of the Sahara.”
