Ara Pacis Initiatives for Peace – La dimensione umana della pace

Ara Pacis Initiatives for Peace is an international not for profit organization based in Rome, dedicated to the human dimension of peace.

It provides assistance to governments, local authorities, and communities by promoting programs that foster reconciliation and stability through an integrated approach centered on three pillars: peace, security and socio-economic development.

aREAS OF INTERVENTION

Since 2010, API has been implementing projects in Libia, Mali, Niger, Sudan e Ciad, building relationships with various sectors of civil society and with local and national institutions.

OUR APPROACH

We work with a horizontal, participatory creative approach, in collaboration with communities, civil society, governments, institutions and leaders from the world of religion, business and security to imagine and promote new narratives and fresh paradigms for lasting and sustainable peace.
